Elliot Fabri (he/him)
Regenerative Designer, Professional Chef
Elliot is a regenerative designer, community builder, professional chef, environmentalist, and manifestor. He is the lead visionary behind the Resonance installation and founder of Resonance Collective, the creative engine behind Resonance Network, Resonance Studio, Resonance Marketplace, and Resonance Advisors.
A graduate of Bamboo U, Elliot has trained in bamboo building techniques with some of the world’s foremost bamboo architects and builders. He is the visionary founder of Terra Luna Gardens on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, a permaculture-based intentional living community focused on regenerative farming and off-grid living. Elliot also founded EcoCraft Homes, a sustainable construction company with over 100 structures built in 12 years, including projects designed and built to exceed top international green-building standards, such as the Living Building Challenge and LEED Platinum.
As a professional chef, he created Roots Alchemy, a culinary studio and retreat kitchen that transforms local, organic whole foods into immersive, soul-centered dining experiences and chef services rooted in regenerative food systems.

Artist Statement
I create spaces, meals, and communities that help us remember we are not separate from the living world. My work lives where architecture, land stewardship, and communal gathering meet, seeing every structure, garden, and kitchen as part of a larger living system. I am guided by the belief that regeneration is a way of being: working with bamboo and other natural materials, growing and preparing food in relationship with place and culture, and gathering in circle as an ongoing practice of devotion, reciprocity, and shared joy.
