Regenerative Designer, Professional Chef

Elliot is a regenerative designer, community builder, professional chef, environmentalist, and manifestor. He is the lead visionary behind the Resonance installation and founder of Resonance Collective, the creative engine behind Resonance Network, Resonance Studio, Resonance Marketplace, and Resonance Advisors.

A graduate of Bamboo U, Elliot has trained in bamboo building techniques with some of the world’s foremost bamboo architects and builders. He is the visionary founder of Terra Luna Gardens on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, a permaculture-based intentional living community focused on regenerative farming and off-grid living. Elliot also founded EcoCraft Homes, a sustainable construction company with over 100 structures built in 12 years, including projects designed and built to exceed top international green-building standards, such as the Living Building Challenge and LEED Platinum.

As a professional chef, he created Roots Alchemy, a culinary studio and retreat kitchen that transforms local, organic whole foods into immersive, soul-centered dining experiences and chef services rooted in regenerative food systems

Artist Statement

I believe art is the truest form of activism: an invitation, a seed of the world devotion dares to dream. My art takes three forms, and each is an offering. In architecture, I shape immersive spaces from bamboo and living materials that breathe with the land. In the kitchen, I honor every ingredient, turning the earth's gifts into meals that nourish body and spirit. In the soil, through permaculture, I grow food and help community take root.

I am not here merely to leave no trace. I am here to regenerate, to leave a positive wake that ripples outward long after I am gone.

I serve the earth, Mama Gaia, and the quiet voices that go unheard. I serve the dreamers awakening to their purpose, those striving to live in integrity. I aim to be a bridge, to light a fire of inspiration that guides us to our ikigai, our one wild and precious reason for being. Only together, through unity, community, and love, can we restore harmony with nature and with one another.

Terra Luna Gardens

TerraLuna Gardens is a regenerative village rooted in reciprocal relationship with the land and one another. We are co-creating an intergenerational home, sanctuary, and practice ground where people can heal, belong, grow food, and thrive together. Drawing from ancient village ways of life while experimenting with forms that belong to this time and place, we practice regenerative stewardship, collective care, and transformative learning grounded in connection to ʻāina. Our vision extends beyond ourselves, we aspire to cultivate nourishment, wisdom, and lived example that can benefit the wider world.
