I'm a solo founder living nomadically. I build things at the intersection of technology and human wellbeing.

These days I'm working on Youniq, a platform for wellness events and community, and Spaceholders, a coaching practice for founders navigating the emotional side of building something. Before this chapter I spent over a decade in tech, leading engineering and DevOps teams, so I like to think I bring an engineer's rigor to some pretty human problems.

I care about connection, creativity, and helping people (founders especially) build with more capacity and less burnout.
